This website, my blog (successwithpoultry.blogspot.com) and the Keeping Chickens Newsletter itself (including subscriber photos and letters and anything I produce as part of that such as articles and videos etc.) are copyrighted and only for your personal, non-commercial use (i.e. enjoying the newsletter). Please do link to articles etc. on your blog and share photos, articles and videos you liked from the newsletter in facebook and pinterest etc. I’d love to ‘get the word out’ more about the newsletter but please don’t just lift stuff from the newsletter and post it as your own somewhere else. It is really disheartening to put so much effort into something and then see my work on other peoples pages and websites (and it is also against copyright).
Some of the links contained in this publication and/or on the blog are affiliate links whereby I may receive a commission if a purchase is made, regardless, if any recommendation has been made it is my genuine opinion, and the compensation I may receive (if there is any) is totally irrelevant to my opinion (but does help offset some of the costs involved in producing and giving away a free online newsletter).
This website, my blog (successwithpoultry.blogspot.com) and the Keeping Chickens Newsletter are provided ‘As Is’ and have been produced with my best efforts and intentions. The information published has been collated from experiences and research but should not be construed as veterinary, or any other kind of professional advice – it is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this website, my blog and/or in the newsletter, you are taking full responsibility for your own actions – always do your own due diligence first.
Personal data collected
The Keeping Chickens Newsletter is a free online poultry magazine primarily about keeping chickens at home for eggs and as pets. It can be viewed online or downloaded as a pdf. To subscribe all I need is a name and email address. Your email address is used primarily to notify you of when and where the newest issue can be viewed and also very occasionally with keeping chickens related offers. I respect your privacy and will never pass your details onto anyone else. When subscribing to the newsletter for the first time you will receive an email asking you to confirm your wish to subscribe (this is just to ensure that it was you that entered your email address and not somebody else on your behalf). At the bottom of every email is a link to manage your subscription so you can view, unsubscribe or change your details using the link in that email at any time.
By providing me with your data, and/or interacting with or viewing the newsletter you agree that you are over 13 years of age.
