Tracy : Thank you so much for these additional responses. I have observed these babies now for over a month. I absolutely love them. I have researched lots and have determined they are indeed the Hamburgs as you suggested they might be. They sleep in the tree but it's what they want :-(, maybe when I merge them with my big ladies they will want to be together. I'm attaching two more pictures of them. They are the golden colored birds :-) I'm hoping they are hens and I'm curious of their age. I'm guessing about 4 months......they are very mature, self sufficient and intelligent whatever their age.

Mitch : Still haven't caught that bantam cockerel. I see his legs are getting worse, but can't get near him. Any ideas?

(My reply included a few suggestions such as food bribery/trickery, picking him up off the roost at night, and approaching with a portable fence to minimize the space to run to and then using a towel - does anyone have any good ways to catch a non-tame rooster that needs attention without causing him too much distress. There used to be an old method using a hook - has anyone tried that before?)
